However, I have developed a skill set that has enabled me to successfully deliver every stage within all types of control and automation projects across all the major sectors: Smart Home, Commercial BMS, and Industrial Controls & Instrumentation. This expertise hasn't just benefited my business; it has also helped other businesses I've worked with achieve over £1 million in revenue.
The key reasons for creating this program is:
1. In my opinion the current training landscape isn't good enough and lacks comprehensiveness, ongoing support, and practical real world project focus. The vast majority instead focus on theory.
2. In-person training is predominantly offered by manufacturers, each with their own agenda and biases. They tend to concentrate solely on programming, which comes at the end of a project, while overlooking everything that precedes it.
3. It's challenging to be new in this field, something I've experienced firsthand. My vision is to offer education, support, and a community to electrical businesses and contractors to ensure they don't have to navigate this learning curve alone.

Let me share a real story from my early days in the industry...
Initially, I spent my first year focused on learning everything about sales, marketing, and other business-related activities. However, that year turned out to be somewhat embarrassing. I struggled to answer clients' simple technical questions, and as a result, I lost business opportunities. It was a wake-up call. I realised that to succeed in this industry, I needed to focus on acquiring the right technical skills, knowledge, and understanding first!
After several years of learning from my mistakes and piecing together scattered information from various online sources, I finally reached a point where I was confident in my abilities. I had developed a repeatable system for delivering any type of automation project across different industries.
Once people recognised my expertise, business and career opportunities began to flood in. This journey taught me an invaluable lesson: a solid technical foundation is essential for progress. You simply can't advance without it. While business skills are important, they're easier to master and should be prioritized after developing technical capabilities. During this time, it also became apparent to me that there's a significant shortage of engineers who genuinely understand every stage of a project's lifecycle.
This led me to a pivotal decision. Having assisted numerous businesses, as well as my own, with their automation and controls projects, I was inspired to create something unique: the first online training and coaching portal grounded in real-world, practical applications. My goal? To empower more businesses and individuals to reach the same level of success and expertise.
